1. Services
Rose & Lily Cleaning Co. provides residential and vacation rental cleaning services in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, luxury home cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnover cleaning, recurring cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. The specific scope of each cleaning will be agreed upon prior to the scheduled service date.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between the client and Rose & Lily Cleaning Co. to provide services at the agreed-upon date, time, and scope. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate scheduling requests and will confirm all appointments in writing.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full estimated service amount.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided as an estimate based on the size of the property and the scope of services requested. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial estimate. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Venmo (@RoseLilyClean) and other standard payment methods.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.
6. Access & Entry
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled cleaning date. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply. For vacation rentals and Airbnb properties, clients must ensure the property is vacated by guests before the scheduled turnover time.
7. Liability
Rose & Lily Cleaning Co. is insured and bonded. While we take the utmost care with your property and belongings, we ask that clients secure any valuables, fragile items, or irreplaceable objects before our arrival. We will not be held liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in pre-existing damaged condition.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
